How we check what this site says
Every rule, fee and price on this site carries its source and the date we checked it.
Sources on every page
Every page that states a fact ends with a Sources box: the pages we relied on, the date we checked each one, and who checked it. For visa rules we go to the government first: the Ministry of Public Security, evisa.gov.vn, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the resolutions themselves. Where a change is only reported in the press, we say so.
Prices
A price is always quoted with what it buys, where we saw it and the date. Prices change, so the seller's own page is the one that counts when you book.
How often we re-check
Visa and fast track pages are re-checked at least every 120 days, and every other fact page at least every 180 days. Our build stops a page from going out once its check is older than that.
Pictures
The clay illustrations on this site are drawings made with an image model. They show the feel of a place, not the place itself, and they are never used as a photo of a tour.
Words we avoid
We do not rank companies or places, and we do not promise how long an approval or a queue will take. Nobody can promise that.
Corrections
If something here is wrong or out of date, email hello@toptoursvietnam.com with the page. We check it, correct it and update the date on the page.
