Arrival assistance seen from US$19.15 to US$29.90 per person on 14 October 2026
Noi Bai is Hanoi's airport, with about 18.2 million passengers in the first half of 2026 and separate immigration lanes at Terminal 2 arrivals since August 2026.

Fast track is assistance, not a separate border: staff meet you, walk you to a priority counter where the airport allows it and help with the formalities. Nobody can promise how long immigration will take.

Terminal 2 arrivals now has separate immigration lanes for VIP passengers, foreign nationals, crew, Vietnamese citizens and transit passengers. E-gates are for Vietnamese citizens with biometric passports, so foreign visitors still queue at staffed counters, in their own lane.
On 14 Oct 2026, basic arrival options per person were US$13.55 at Klook, US$20.31 at Trip.com, US$24.90 at Expedia and US$39 by day at vietnam-visa.com. Night rates and VAT can add to that, and any visa stamping fee is separate.
Not by right. Decision 2296/CHKNB, in force since 1 Jul 2023, limits priority security screening to listed groups, including elderly, disabled and pregnant passengers, those with infants under 24 months, and First or Business class. Paying fast track customers are not on that list.
Vietnam News reported in August 2026 that peak waits had run from 30 minutes to over an hour before the new lanes, and that Vietnamese citizens' average fell from about 26 or 27 minutes to about 16. No separate figures for foreign visitors were published.
